SpringHill Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport

I booked a room for my daughters 13th birthday party. She was having a few friends come to spend the night. When her and i checked in, two of the nicest front desk people that i've ever encountered were chatting with us and I mentioned that we were there for her birthday. They were so sweet and kind to her and made her feel very special. We got to our room but before we could go in, the amazing gentleman from the front desk came running up and said that they were going to upgrade our room to an executive queen suite so that we would have more room for guests! My daughter felt like a celebrity at this point and the room was HUGE! Absolutely beautiful. Additionally, the hotel staff gave her a gift bag filled with treats and a cute little "party" sign. Her friends were so excited with the accommodations and it was such a nice treat for my daughter. I am remiss that I didn't catch the names of these two wonderful humans but just know that you absolutely made my daughters 13th birthday a very memorable one!

The place is clean and good breakfast service.

The staff was great to work with and was responsive to our needs.

From the check in to the amenities to the amazing free breakfast. The woman at the desk was super friendly. The pool and work out room was great.

Breakfast was super. There was a toaster but nothing to toast; waffles or pancakes would be nice. I especially liked the Jimmy Dean sausage egg and biscuit for breakfast - the first time today (Thursday) but never before. For kids, an excellent choice of four dry cereals. Will be back in September. My daughter and her fiance may also book a room then.
